Grounds Policy:
​
Alcohol:
Alcoholic beverages are permitted at sites and cabins for those that are of legal drinking age. Open alcoholic beverages are not permitted to be carried throughout the campground or permitted to be carried or consumed in any of our facilities.
​
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted in any of our facilities or in any of the cabins, including vapes. There will be a $250.00 fee charged to anyone who smokes inside our facilities or any of the cabins. If reported by housekeeping after departure, the credit card on file will be charged the $250.00 fee. Smoking is permitted on campground property however, all tobacco products, cigarette butts, etc. must be properly disposed of in provided ashtrays or in garbage. Do not throw cigarette butts, chew or other products on the ground.

Fires:
Each site and cabin are provided with a fire ring or fire pit. All fires must be burned within the confines of the fire ring or fire pit. Burning outside of the provided fire ring or fire pit is not permitted. Only natural vegetation materials, such as sticks, kindling, firewood, is permitted to be burned in the fire ring or fire pit. No household trash, leaves, or other garbage is permitted to be burned in the fire pit or fire ring. Guests must pay attention and adhere to any burning ban that is posted on the door of the store.

Firewood:
Firewood is for sale by the bundle at the store. Outside firewood is not permitted to be brought into the campground. Removing wood from downed trees anywhere on the campground property is not permitted.
​
Quiet Hour:
Quiet hour begins at 10:00 pm. Be respectful of your neighbors including music, loud voices, children, excessive noise, partying, etc. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave who is disorderly, creating a disturbance, or being disrespectful of other guests. No refunds are given if asked to leave.
​
Speed Limit:
The speed limit, as posted, is 5 mph through the campground property. Speeding in the campground will not be tolerated and will result in one warning before being asked to leave.
​
Children:
All children must be accompanied by an adult while on campground property, including but not limited to using the facilities, playing on the playground, riding bikes or other battery-operated vehicles, etc. Children should not be riding bikes or other battery-operated vehicles on the roads. State law requires all children under the age of 12 to wear bike helmets.
​
Vehicles:
All vehicles must be registered upon check-in. Please place your camping registration on the dash so it is visible to campground personnel or hang on the post at the site. Vehicles are not permitted to be washed at any of our sites or on campground property.
​
Recreational Vehicles:
Golf carts, gas or electric powered vehicles, scooters, or ATV’s are not permitted on campground property. If you have a handicap need, please contact the office.
​
Parking:
Parking for two vehicles per site or cabin is permitted. Registered additional vehicles may be parked temporarily for unloading or loading supplies but then must be removed when not in use. All additional vehicles must be parked in our overflow parking lot off Confers Lane, directly behind the store/restaurant. No vehicles are permitted to be parked on the grass or mulch areas.

Damages:
Damage to the property, including but not limited to the campground property, cabins, fixtures, furnishings, carpets, décor, linens, electrical boxes, wiring, outdoor furniture, fire rings, picnic tables, trees, laundry facilities, playground equipment, bathhouse, etc. will result in a charge of 120% of the replacement cost of the item or necessary cleaning. Said charge will be billed to the credit card on file. Guest will receive an email detailing damages and associated costs to repair or replace.

Bathhouse:
The bathhouse is open to all guests staying at the campground. Each guest’s key card will grant access to the bathhouse. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. State law does not permit anyone in the restrooms without shoes. Washing of dishes or clothes is not permitted in the sinks of the bathhouse.
​
Common courtesy and good hygiene practices should always be used in our bathhouse. This includes making sure garbage (used paper towels, toilet paper, feminine hygiene products, etc.) are placed in the provided garbage cans, not leaving a mess in or on toilets, urinals, sinks, showers, floors and walls as this is a health hazard and puts our housekeeping staff at risk, removing all personal items (i.e. razors, shampoo, soap, towels, clothing, etc.). If you notice any of these unsanitary conditions, please report to Campground Management immediately. A continuous disregard for our policies in this regard will result in either guests access to the bathhouse being revoked or guest(s) being asked to leave. No refunds will be given if asked to leave.

Playgrounds:
There are two playgrounds on the campground property. Children should be supervised by an adult. Rough play is not permitted. Please ensure that children do not damage any part of the playground equipment.
Ponds/Water Features: The ponds and water features on the campground property are for viewing pleasure only. No one is permitted to be inside the fence or near the water. Please keep children away from the ponds and water features. Fencing has been placed to ensure safety and to prohibit access. Fishing, swimming, wading, or drinking of the water is not permitted. Do not feed any fish or other wildlife that may be in the ponds or water features.

Laundry Room:
We have a newly updated laundry room with four new washer/dryer combos. These are credit card only; cash is not accepted. Please keep the laundry room clean and dispose of lint and dryer sheets in the garbage. Any misuse or damages to laundry room will result in guests’ access being revoked, damages fees being charged or being asked to leave, without a refund.

Amenities:
Each RV site is provided with a fire ring and a picnic table; each cabin is provided with a fire ring, picnic table, charcoal grill and outdoor furniture. If any items are stolen, missing or damaged, a charge of 120% of the replacement cost of the item will be billed to the credit card on file. Guest will receive an email detailing damages and associated costs to repair or replace. Guest will also be requested to leave without a refund.

Fire Rings:
One fire ring or fire pit Fire rings or fire pits should not be moved from where it is placed on the site. Do not take a fire pit from another site if there is not one on the site. If you feel that the location of the fire pit is a danger to structures or overhead vegetation, please notify office staff and request the fire ring to be moved. If there is no fire ring or fire pit on the site, please notify office staff and we will do our best to find a replacement.

Picnic Tables:
Picnic tables should not be moved to a location that is interrupting the use of an adjacent site or used for any other purpose than sitting and eating. If the picnic table is missing please notify office staff and we will do our best to find a replacement.
​
Charcoal Grills:
One charcoal grill is provided at each cabin. No other materials are to be burned in the grill except charcoal. Please keep children away from the grills to avoid injury.
​
Outdoor Furniture:
Please do not damage any chairs, tables, etc. placed on the porches of the cabins. Please leave all furniture where you found it. If you move it please put it back before you leave.
​
Pavilion:
The pavilion is only for use by those who have reserved and rented the space. It is not open to the public or campground guests without a reservation or paid rental.
​
Dumpsters:
Dumpsters are for the use of guests only. Dumpsters are for household trash only. No furniture, TV’s, fuel, metal, grills, or other garbage is permitted. No garbage brought from home should be disposed of in our dumpsters. Dumpsters are under surveillance and guests will be responsible for removing the unpermitted items, charged for dumping or placing non-household garbage in the dumpsters and/or being asked to leave with a refund.

Firearms/Weapons:
Guns, bows and arrows, crossbows, slingshots, BB guns, etc. are not permitted on campground property.
​
Fireworks:
No fireworks are permitted to be set off on campground property. This is strictly enforced, and you will be asked to leave without a refund.
​
Hunting:
Hunting is not permitted on campground property.
​
Prohibited Uses:
Any activity in violation of any federal, state or local rule, regulation or ordinance, or that violates license or registration requirements, or any other activity that, in TRRA’s sole opinion, poses a threat to public safety and welfare, or is otherwise inconsistent with the objective to preserve the scenic, recreational and environmental value of its lands.

Campsites & Cabins Policy:

Check-In/Check Out:
Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Early check-in or early departure may be permitted depending on site availability. Additional fees may apply. All guests must check in at the office upon arrival and prior to going to site or cabin.
​
Key Cards:
Each guest will receive a key card granting access to their cabin, laundry facilities, and bathhouse. Key cards are not to be shared or given to other guests. If you lose your key card a replacement cost of $25.00 will be charged. Failure to return your key card at the end of your stay will result in a $25.00 charge billed to the credit card on file. Any violations or misuse of the bathhouse or laundry facilities will result in your key card access being revoked.

Occupancy:
Rates include 2 adults and 2 children for all campsites and cabins. A maximum of 2 additional guests per site is permitted with an additional rate charge. See rates above. An additional tent on the site for children under the age of 18 is permitted.
​
Visitors:
All visitors must register at the office upon arrival to the campground and pay the $5.00 visitor fee. A visitor pass will be issued. Visitors are permitted to stay until 11:00 pm. Parking is available for visitors in the overflow parking lot on Confers Lane, directly behind the store/restaurant.
​
Cancellation/Refunds:
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations made 14 days prior to your arrival date will allow for a full refund minus a $10.00 service charge. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to your arrival date and no-shows will not be entitled to any refund. Anyone asked to leave for violation of any policy or rule or regulation will not be entitled a refund for the remainder of their paid stay.

Departure:
All sites must be left in the same condition in which you found it. All garbage should be removed from the site, pet waste cleaned up, and all items of personal property should be removed. A $50.00 cleanup charge will be billed to the credit card on file should we need to remove items or clean up the site.
​
Trash:
Guests are responsible for removing the trash from their site or cabin and placing in the dumpsters. Trash should not be placed outside your site or cabin overnight. Any animals that get into the trash must be cleaned up by guest.​
Pet Policy:

Pet Registration:
All guests will be required to complete a Pet Registration Form upon check-in. If you do not complete the Pet Registration form or have a pet with you and do not notify us, you will be asked to leave the campground property, and no refunds will be issued.
​
Permissible Pets:
Pets are limited to domestic dogs and cats only.
​
Pet Waste:
All pet waste must be cleaned up immediately. Pet waste must be placed in a plastic bag, sealed, and disposed of in our dumpsters. Do not place any pet waste in any other garbage cans or receptacles throughout the campground. Including cabins, other RV sites, laundry facility, bathhouse, store, or restaurant. Violation of this policy will result in guest being asked to leave. No refunds will be given if asked to leave.

Restrictions:
Pets are not permitted in any campground building, including the office, store/restaurant, laundry room, and bathhouse.
​
Swimming:
Pets are not permitted to swim in our ponds.
​
Damages:
Any damages in our cabins as a result of a pet will be assessed and charged 110% of the cost of the item damaged and charged to the credit card on file. Damages include but are not limited to urine and/or feces stains on flooring/carpets, chewing, scratches, damage to blinds or curtains, chewed or soiled carpets, chewed or soiled linens and bedding, damage to furniture, including outdoor furniture, etc. Training pads are not permitted inside the cabins. If you are unable to take your pet outside the pet must be crated while left alone in the cabin. If damages are found it is the guests’ responsibility to notify management.

Inspection/Housekeeping:
All long-term cabin rentals will be inspected once a week for damages. During inspections or housekeeping all pets must be removed from the cabin or crated.
​
Leashing:
All pets, in accordance with Pennsylvania leash laws, must be leashed when outside the cabin or RV.
​
Tethering:
Pets may only be tethered outside for 20 minutes when temperatures are lower than 32 degrees or higher than 90 degrees.
​
Nights:
All pets must be taken inside at night.
​
Aggressive Behavior:
There is zero tolerance of aggressive behavior, and guest will be asked to leave for continuous aggressive or out of control behavior. One warning will be given. No refunds will be issued if guest is asked to leave. Aggressive behaviors include, but are not limited to, excessive barking, growling, lunging/charging, nipping/biting, etc.
​
Accompaniment:
Pets must be always accompanied by owner. If guest leaves the cabin the pet must be crated and not left to have free roam of the cabin.
​
Animal Cruelty:
There is zero tolerance for animal cruelty or abuse to any pet. If animal cruelty or abuse is witnessed by management, staff, or other guests, the guest will be required to leave immediately, and no refunds will be issued. Appropriate reporting to officials will be made as well.

The guest(s) agrees to, and does hereby, release, indemnify and agree to save and hold TRRA, its officers, directors, agents and employees, harmless from any and all causes of action, suits at law or equity, or claims or demands, or from any liability of any nature whatsoever for or on account of any damages to persons or property.
​
TRRA’s failure to enforce any of the terms and conditions of this permit shall not be deemed a waiver and it shall not be liable for any such failure to enforce.
​
TRRA reserves the right to modify these Policies as deemed necessary.
​
All guests on campground property are deemed to be equally responsible for compliance with the Campground Policy and will be held equally responsible for any violation of said Policy.
​
The undersigned hereby certifies that he/she is the; that he/she has read, understands and accepts all of the Campground Policy; and that the information provided in this application is true, complete and accurate to the best of his/her knowledge.
